1. Sponsor
The Ranchbot Monitoring Solutions Vegas Getaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Ranchbot Monitoring Solutions (“Sponsor”), 1701 River Run Suite 109, Fort Worth, Texas 76107.
2. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2026, and ends on September 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
Entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Sponsor’s computer/server or designated entry system will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or olderat the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Ranchbot Monitoring Solutions, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of their households are not eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes through the following methods:
A. Purchase Entry
For every qualifying Ranchbot Lite purchased during the Promotion Period, the purchaser will receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes drawing.
Only qualifying purchases made during the Promotion Period are eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a purchase qualifies for entry.
B. No-Purchase Entry
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
To receive one (1) free entry eligible participants may submit a request by mailing a handwritten request with name, address, email address, and phone number to Sponsor.
Free entries must be received by September 30, 2026 and must comply with all requirements established by Sponsor.
Purchasing a product does not guarantee that a participant will win a prize.

The daily resort fee is included in the room rate provided as part of the prize.
According to the hotel’s stated policies, the resort fee includes:
The hotel may require a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, at check-in.
The hotel’s stated policy also provides that a major credit card may be pre-authorized for a $50 per night, up to $200, security deposit for incidental charges and daily resort fees, when applicable. Any incidental charges, additional fees, or other charges incurred by the winner or guest are the sole responsibility of the winner and/or guest.
Special requests are subject to availability and may result in additional fees. The hotel reserves the right to charge an early departure fee.
The hotel’s cancellation, deposit, and other policies apply to the reservation. Unless otherwise stated by the hotel, its standard policy provides that a one-night room and tax deposit, plus applicable tax, may be charged to the credit card upon booking and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least two (2) days prior to arrival.
Hotel policies, fees, deposits, amenities, and other terms are subject to change by hotel management without notice. Sponsor is not responsible for changes to hotel policies or fees imposed by the hotel.
NFR Tickets
The Grand Prize includes two (2) tickets to the following 2026 NFR performance:
2026 NFR Performance 9 — December 11, 2026
The tickets are intended for the winner and one (1) guest.
The tickets are subject to all applicable venue, ticket issuer, event, and NFR rules and policies. Ticket delivery will be provided electronically, and the winner will be notified when the tickets are available in the applicable ticketing account and ready to view through the AXS mobile app.
Flights, airfare, airport transportation, ground transportation, meals, entertainment, parking, baggage fees, tips, additional hotel charges, incidental expenses, and any other expenses not expressly identified as part of the Grand Prize are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner and/or guest.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $1,293.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
6. Drawing and Winner Selection
The Sweepstakes drawing will be conducted on October 1, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified on or about October 2, 2026, using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
7. Winner Verification
The potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, tax documentation, or other documents reasonably requested by Sponsor.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 3 days, fails to provide required documentation, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Terms and Conditions, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Prize Conditions
The winner and the winner’s guest are solely responsible for obtaining any identification, travel documents, or other documentation required for travel, hotel check-in, or attendance at the NFR.
The winner and guest must comply with all rules, policies, terms, and conditions established by the NFR, Thomas & Mack Center, Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, AXS, ticket issuer, and/or other applicable third parties.
The hotel requires a valid photo ID at check-in. The winner or guest may also be required to provide a valid major credit card for any applicable security deposit or incidental charges.
Sponsor is not responsible for canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise modified NFR events, hotel availability, venue restrictions, ticket delivery issues, or changes made by third-party ticket, event, or hotel providers.
If the NFR or related event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise unavailable, Sponsor will have no obligation to provide replacement tickets, alternative travel arrangements, or alternative accommodations except as may be required by applicable law.
9. Taxes
Any federal, state, and/or local taxes arising from acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid taxpayer identification number or other information necessary for tax reporting purposes.
10. General Conditions
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate, interfere with, or otherwise compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, or who violates these Official Terms and Conditions.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Ranchbot Monitoring Solutions and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, representatives, and promotional partners from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, illegible, or otherwise invalid entries; technical failures; website or internet interruptions; unauthorized access; or any other technical or human error that may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, cancellation, additional expense, or other issue arising from the winner’s or guest’s travel to or from Las Vegas, hotel stay, attendance at the NFR, use of the hotel facilities, or use of the prize.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, city/state of residence, and/or statements regarding the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
13. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and for other purposes consistent with Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy and applicable law.
14. Disputes
Except where prohibited by applicable law, any disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceedings arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in Fort Worth, Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
